The flagship of French creation and creativity? An attitude, a movement, a sound or styles as diverse as the dreamy 70's nostalgia of Air, 80's parties at "Le Palace", the jazzy shuffle of St Germain or the distorted DIY techno of early Daft Punk?
For me, it's an eclectic approach to bending accepted rules and codes. A la fois modern, retro, avant-gardiste, rebel, rock'n roll, sexy, sophisticated, mutlidimensionnel...un "je ne sais quoi"...
Well it's Punk at heart. It's Talent Punk :)
What is it for you?

My Chat with Matthias Giraud aka Superfrenchie
For "Monsieur tout le monde" Matthias may come across as a mad man, but believe me there's something way more profound about this Frenchie...something that has been stuck in my mind since, and has left me thinking about how I was living my own life.
You have to listen to him to get to understand his Why, to slowly grasp his relationship with risk, danger and emotions, to automatically like his vivacious and fun personality.
I only have admiration and respect for him, he's a man on a mission and on a deep existential quest...
He's not mad, he's a genius :)

Beyond Limits
This segment has left me with a real sense of "right moment right time" effect. As I am finishing my Yoga Teacher Training, I'm more and more fascinated to understand and taste the journey of inner-self, beyond the self, pushing the limits of the body to discover something else.
Somehow, I deeply connected with the tales of an Ice Climber and a Freediver, with what 'Beyond Limits' meant for them - being something that you have inside you, something for your heart and mind, something that brings you to the present, only....
It made me think of this: "Pushing yourself, your body, when done with the right intention, will help you transform by taking you away from the awareness of just your body toward the consciousness of your soul" Ubuntu BKS Iyengar
