What distinguishes me? 

For more than a decade now, I have assisted technology Start-ups and SMEs in building the right organisational foundations allowing to create readiness for scaling and transformational changes - crafting awesome cultures.

My Why 

Abolishing the R in HR… Building 21st Century workplaces that humans love.

For me,  it is all about providing opportunities for people to function as human beings rather than resources – helping them to reach their full potential via authenticity, self-awareness and acceptance, key ingredients to build trust.

As an accredited executive and organisational coach, my passion is to understand what makes people tick and what makes them excel at what they do.

So far, It has been a great ride, a unique adventure, one on the edge, where all the action is, where innovation and creativity breed one another. 

The edges are sharp, the way I like it.

So what is next? 

Big, small, medium, inverted, Holacratic , Teal or traditional, whatever the stage of your journey and whatever your flavour, I would like to explore your world. 

Why? Because I am super fond of growing ecosystems that have a clear passion on wanting to change the world, that encourage their teams to think big and where creative inspiration is promoted and fuels innovation. These are an essential craft to grow, transform, uncover, attract and develop their “purple squirrels”.

They are the kind of ecosystems that inspire me. They use a language that resonates to me and that I speak fluently. That is why I am here, to make that difference.

Why hosting Talent Punk?

Since I was a kid, I’ve always been fascinated by people who were particularly gifted and doing things that I could not do and were excelling at it. How could these people be so talented?

Some years later, with this in mind and more questions remaining unanswered, it became an obsession, a quest, a mystery that I needed to resolve. This word “Talent”, what did it mean? Used in titles, everywhere without real definition. Would not it be “The recurring pattern of thoughts and behaviours that makes you excellent at what you do”?

Covid hit and I found myself with a recurring childhood dream. I went on a journey of talent exploration.

Encouraged by friends, I started to interview Extreme Athletes, Artists, Adventurers, Dreamers, whom I call “Punks at Heart” from all over the world, showcasing their talent, bringing them together, connecting them with a common purpose and theme. Talent Punk was born…
